Jepsen has led GAM Group since January 2014. A native New Zealander, he has been involved in aviation on the maintenance side since age 16. In New Zealand he gained experience with Twin Commanders doing airframe maintenance and building and changing engines. Prior to GAM Group he served as general manager for two aviation maintenance companies in New Zealand.
