at Full Strength and Full Speed

Whew!

2010 has finally arrived. To say that 2009 was a challenging year for many, and for many reasons, is an understatement at best. But it is behind us, and the feeling of cautious optimism that is part and parcel of the beginning of every new year seems especially appropriate this year. Positive signs are displacing the gloom, and we can look forward to a year of renewal and growth.

Fortunately for all, the Twin Commander family has weathered the economic winter in fine shape. Twin Commander Aircraft LLC has completed the move to our new home in Creedmoor, North Carolina, and we are operating at full speed. We are fully stocked with an inventory of well more than 4,000 part numbers, and the shipping department is busy fulfilling orders from service centers.

Speaking of our service center partners, they've had to adapt to a changing and often difficult business environment, and they've managed their businesses well. Twin Commander's worldwide network of authorized service centers is at full strength and fully operational. It is as true today as it has always beenyou can count on an authorized Twin Commander service center to provide you with the highest quality service from the most experienced and most highly trained Commander technicians in the world.

I'm happy to report that Twin Commander owners and operators have continued to fly their airplanes through the troubles of the last few years, something that cannot be said of most jet operators. The efficient Honeywell power of turboprop Twin Commanders makes them a performance value in any economy, but that is especially true today. The respected Aviation International News recently reported that among operators of all types of turbine engines, Honeywell rated tops for support of its turbofan and turboprop engines.

Performance backed by powerful factory support. Thats true of Twin Commanders airframes and the engines that power them. And thats good news for current and prospective Twin Commander operators.

So, happy New Year to all, and heres to meeting the challenges of the day head-on. To paraphrase a clich, when the going gets tough, Twin Commandersand the Twin Commander familyget going.

Safe, happy flying.
