Honeywell again came out on top for turboprop engine support in the 2018 Aviation International News annual product support survey. Survey respondents pegged the manufacturer at an 8.8 out of 10.
The company received high marks in almost all categories, including service center network, parts availability, parts pricing, AOG response, warranty fulfillment, and technical publications. Overall reliability was rated at an impressive 9.7. In fact, Honeywell was rated highest in all categories with the exception of cost per hour program, where it fell to second behind Safran.
