Longtime Twin Commander Aircraft employee Pam Brown has been promoted to Operations Lead. As Business Unit Head Brian Harbaugh takes on additional duties within the Ontic family of companies, Brown will handle more day-to-day operations at Twin Commander. Originally hired by Twin Commander in 2004, Brown has been responsible for parts purchasing and fulfillment and making sure the Factory Authorized Service Centers and customers have the parts they need when they need them. With the promotion Brown expects to interact even more with customers and Service Centers, helping them with everything from technical support to parts inquiries. “Pam is a valued asset to the Twin Commander community,” said Harbaugh. “I know she’ll continue to do a great job for our customers and Factory Authorized Service Centers with these new responsibilities.”
