Twin Commander Factory Authorized Service Center Keystone Aviation has been acquired by Elevate Holdings, parent company of Elevate Holdings, Private Jet Services, and Elevate Jet. With the acquisition, Elevate Holdings will expand its charter portfolio and aircraft maintenance capabilities. As of now, the Keystone Aviation name will remain.
Executives cited the resources of a larger firm with the experience of hands-on client support as a bonus of the merger. Meanwhile, former Keystone parent company TAC Air has sold its FBO business to Signature Flight Support, meaning the hangar complex at Scottsdale that houses Keystone’s service center will now be managed by Signature.
