service center symposium logoRepresentatives from Twin Commanders authorized service centers are meeting in Oklahoma City in May for the biennial Service Center Symposium.

The two-day meeting will focus on current service, repair, and upgrade issues affecting Twin Commander models. One of the factors that makes our worldwide authorized service center network work so well is the excellent communication that exists throughout the network, commented Twin Commander Aircraft President Matt Isley.

Even though each service center is an independent business, everyone shares knowledge about service issues affecting the fleet. If one service center encounters a problem they have not dealt with before, they consult with other service centers to come up with the solution. That willingness to share the knowledge also means that if one of our service center partners discovers a previously unknown problem, the information will quickly be disseminated throughout the network. The bottom line is that no matter where they are based or fly, every Twin Commander owner benefits from the accumulated knowledge and experience of the entire service center network, Isley said.

That communication, that sharing of knowledge, is what the Service Center Symposium is all about. Its the one event where service center executives and technicians can gather and focus exclusively on issues vital to them and their core businesssupporting Twin Commander operators with the very best in parts, maintenance, repair, upgrades, and sales.
