BUSINESS AS USUAL AS TWIN COMMANDER
MOVE PROGRESSES

A message from Twin Commander Aircraft President Matt Isley:

As many of you are aware, Twin Commander Aircraft is in the midst of relocating our operations to North Carolina. Over the past few months we have implemented a new enterprise resource planning system, hired and trained new employees, and improved our quality management system. In preparation for the move, we have worked alongside our valuable vendor base to manage our tooling in a way that will minimize freight costs while allowing us to provide the quick turnaround times that Commander owners and operators have come to expect.

We have already relocated our complement of nearly 58,000 pieces of manufacturing tooling into our Creedmoor warehouse and carefully arranged hundreds of thousands of engineering drawings into our newly constructed fireproof document vault. Some of our staff have relocated to North Carolina and are adjusting to the new settings. (Though I fear it may take a little longer for them to adjust to the humidity!)

We are working diligently with the FAA (both the Seattle and Atlanta offices) to establish our Production Certificate in North Carolina sometime in the fourth quarter, at which time we will relocate our parts inventory.

I will continue to provide constant updates on our progress as we complete the move, but the goal is a seamless transition in which Commander owners continue to experience the same high level of support and parts availability that you expect and deserve.
